I've been using different VPNs on and off for a while, but I'm starting to lean towards open-source options for greater transparency and trust. It just feels more secure knowing the code is publicly viewable and auditable by experts. However, I haven't really delved deep into the open-source VPN market. Does anyone here have experience with fully open-source VPN services? I'm curious about the performance, ease of use, and whether they live up to the promise of enhanced security.

From my experience, a paid premium VPN https://toggle.org/airdrop can be worthwhile if you're focused on stronger security, reliable speeds, and accessing streaming, gaming, or other geo-restricted content. Free VPNs often come with noticeable limitations, such as slower speeds, data caps, or restricted server options. Paid services typically offer better encryption, a no-logs policy, and support for multiple devices (often up to around 10), making it easier to protect several gadgets at once.
