Managing high-stakes IT projects while living in an Akiya?
Hi everyone! I’m currently planning my move to a rural Akiya and intend to keep my job in Tech/QA. One thing I’m worried about is staying organized without the office environment.
In my current role, especially when dealing with game testing management https://testomat.io/blog/game-testing-management/, the complexity is huge. You have to coordinate hundreds of manual test cases and automated runs. Without a solid 'source of truth' and a digital workflow, I feel like the 'mental overflow' would be impossible to handle from a remote farmhouse in Japan.
Are there any other software engineers or QA managers here who moved to an Akiya? How do you manage your project workflows and stay in sync with your teams across time zones?
