Is It Really Easy to Get a Job in Poland with an EU Passport?
I keep seeing that having an EU passport makes it much easier to find work in Poland - no visa issues, fewer documents, quicker hiring. On paper it sounds pretty straightforward, especially for entry-level or warehouse jobs.
But I’m curious how it actually plays out. Is it really that simple once you arrive, or are there still hidden challenges like language barriers or competition?

Yeah, it’s definitely easier with an EU passport, mostly because you skip all the paperwork delays. But it’s not like you arrive and get a job instantly. Language can still slow things down, and some places prefer people with at least basic Polish or experience. When I was looking myself, I tried to narrow things down by these just to see what kind of entry-level options реально exist. It gave me a more realistic idea of how fast you can start and what conditions to expect. In my case, it still took a bit of time, but way faster than if I needed permits.
